known for its potluck cuisine and cultural cauldron making it a preferred venue for organising a conference.
Our motto “safe practices save lives” focuses on a culture of safety. Leadership defines the culture. The impact
of leadership-style, attitude, commitment, and willing to adhere to the team model of critical care is
fundamental to nurturing a culture of safety. Cascading of this culture to the critical care service providers
will commit us to the principles of doing no harm, encouraging open communication, and thereby celebrating
safety.
